About Me

Hello, I'm Damla Kuduoglu, the founder of Discover Neurodiversity.

As a qualified counsellor and a neurodivergent individual raising a neurodivergent son, I deeply understand the unique challenges and strengths that come with neurodiversity. My personal journey has fueled my passion for supporting others navigating similar paths.

At Discover Neurodiversity, my mission is to empower individuals, couples, and families by providing tailored support that acknowledges and celebrates neurodiversity. I offer personalised services including individual counselling, couple counselling, parent coaching, workplace coaching, and life skills coaching. Each service is designed to meet the unique needs and strengths of my clients.

I have also established the Discover Neurodiversity Meetup Group, a community initiative to bring people together and create a safe space for neurodivergents and their loved ones. Through this group, I organise free workshops and face-to-face events covering a variety of topics, such as neurodiverse relationships and parenting strategies, to foster connection, support, and understanding among participants.

I recognise that every individual's and family's needs are different. That’s why I tailor my support to align with your specific situation, ensuring that the assistance I provide is relevant, compassionate, and practical.

As an independent practitioner, I specialise in working with neurodivergent individuals and their families. To ensure the highest quality of personalised support, I limit the number of clients I work with, allowing me to provide dedicated and attentive service within my capacity.
